From one Wellness Warrior to Another
One of the best parts of my job as a professional Migraine (see what I did there?) is meeting strong, talented, gutsy women who are passionate about their work. I got to hug and chat with one such gutsy woman, Alisha of Holistiq, last spring at a live event in LA to kick off the Migraine World Summit.
Alisha is a badass designer and web guru, a chronic Migraine warrior, and a constant cheerleader to other women. I was super honored when she asked me to be a part of her new Wellness Warrior interview series.
My interview published last week on the newly revamped Holistiq.co. See below for a sneak peek and don’t miss full interview + the entire series at Holistiq.co.
What does healing look like to you?
Healing means moving forward and sitting still and knowing when to do each. Healing is learning and recognizing. Healing is getting out of bed when you don’t want to and getting back into bed when you don’t want to. It’s learning to be patient and kind to yourself.
Aww, Angie! I haven’t been reading blogs lately so I didn’t see you posted this until now. Thank you for your awesome words and being such an encouraging friend. You’re a huge inspiration and it was a pleasure meeting you in real life (off the gram).
